ENCLOSURES
OUTSIDES: The facade enclosure walls are made up of an 11.5 cm thick brick outer leaf with an 8 cm thick monolayer, thermal-acoustic insulation (XPS-EPS) on the outer face and a 7 cm thick brick inner leaf plastered with plaster.
PARTITIONS
INTERIORS: Enclosures made up of 7 cm. double hollow ceramic brick partition walls separating rooms.
COATINGS
FACADES: The vertical walls of the facade will be clad in single-layer and the staircase leading to the solarium will be decorated with ceramic latticework.
BATHROOM-KITCHEN: The exposed vertical walls will be tiled with top quality ceramic tiles and the rest will be covered with plaster and paint.
REST OF THE STAY: Vertical walls will be plastered with plaster and paint.
PAVEMENTS
INTERIOR: Top quality porcelain flooring.
CARPENTRY
OUTSIDE: Sliding and folding aluminium carpentry with thermal bridge break, finished in white with
motorised blinds. Wardrobes with sliding doors and aluminium profile with drawer units in
bedrooms.
Climalit type thermal double glazing. GUARDIAN SUN 4+4/8-10 Argon 3+3 glass.
INSIDE: Plain wooden doors in white.
PLUMBING
Installation of PPR according to regulations.
Sanitary equipments: Sanitary fittings: White vitrified porcelain, with built-in cisterns and wall-hung W.C. (LAUFEN).
Shower screens and bathroom furniture.
Taps:
Black lacquered single-lever mixer, black (HANSGROBE) in all services. Single-basin resin sink under worktop. Underfloor heating in bathrooms.

COVER
A walkway, consisting of slopes formed on a slab with lightened concrete, waterproofing sheet,
2 extruded polystyrene sheets, one 4 cm thick and the other 4 cm thick, geotextile sheet, 4
cm thick layer of screeded concrete and non-slip tile flooring with cement glue, grouted in
the same colour as the pieces.
STAIRS
Partition and tread covered with ceramic tiles and wooden handrail
GUARANTEE
All homes are delivered with their corresponding Building Book, Energy Efficiency Certificate
A and a decennial insurance policy that will cover for 10 years the material damage caused
by defects or faults affecting the foundations or other structural elements.
